He earned his Audiology Assistant degree from Nova Southeastern University and holds Board Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences, demonstrating his commitment to excellence in hearing healthcare.

Craig has been immersed in the hearing industry from a young age, working alongside his audiologist mother since high school. His deep understanding of hearing instruments allows him to diagnose and solve even the most complex hearing aid issues that others may overlook.

Despite working in hearing care, Craig admits to a few “noisy” hobbies — including attending loud concerts and participating in shooting sports.
